I’m excited to announce the launch of my brand-new podcast, Therapy Soup! Through my experience as a therapist, I noticed that many clients felt uncertain about what to expect when they first entered therapy. This uncertainty often led to hesitance or reluctance to pursue the support they needed. My aim with Therapy Soup is to deliver this information in digestible portions, ultimately helping clients build their comfort levels around the therapeutic process. As they become more familiar with what therapy entails, they may feel more compelled to seek the assistance necessary for their mental well-being.
